September 2005 Status Report

Company Status:

• Lots of things happening this month.  We will be releasing a retail boxed version of XL Delete and possibly of XL File Server.  We are planning to have the boxed versions available for purchase direct from us but we may also sell them via our current partners share*it and RegNow or exclusively with our new partner eSellerate.  Expect to see our products on store shelves within the next couple of months.

• We are excited to announce our new partnership with eSellerate.  eSellerate has an excellent purchasing system which will be integrated into XL File Server and possibly future versions of XL Delete.  We hope that our customers will now have an easier time purchasing our products by using eSellerate's purchasing system.

Development Progress:

• XL File Server will be available for public beta testing within the next two weeks.  We hope to have it available for purchase by the end of this month.
