New Server 2.19.2006:

We have successfully moved our site to our new server.  The move took place on 2/19/2006 from 2:00AM to 8:00AM.  It may take up to 72 hours for all of our domains to point to our new server.  During this time you may experience minor site errors and possibly bounced email.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our new server will allow us to add the new support center to better serve our customers.  It will feature a powerful knowledge base, troubleshooter, and ticket system. We hope to have the center rolled out by the end of this week.
