Support Center 2.26.2006:

Our new support center is now live! All support communication will now go through this system.  Every e-mail to sales@xldevelopment.net and support@xldevelopment.net will pass through this system first and create a help desk ticket for you which will allow you to come back to the support center and look at the ticket's current status.  Other benefits of the system are:

• Help desk ticket system.
• Built in knowledge base.
• Ability to add a support request via e-mail or from the web.
• Web based troubleshooter.
• Auto generated suggestions for every support request. - Lets the system try to solve the issue for you!

In other news, XL Delete 1.4 is under heavy development. The ability to clean your Internet files (cookies, history, temp files) has been implemented and is currently being tested.  We expect to have a public beta version by mid March.  Take a look at some of the new features that are currently being implemented: (Note that not all features will make the 1.4 release)

*File Viewer: http://www.xldevelopment.net/images/fviewer.png - Allows you to look at what happens to a file after a wipe.
*Cleaner: http://www.xldevelopment.net/images/cleaner.png - Cleans IE and Firefox cookies, history, and temp files.
The final look of the dialogs are subject to change.  This will be a free upgrade to all existing customers.
