This update fixes a couple of issues with the Drive Tools.

Changes:

Added: Customizable templates. The index and viewer pages can now all be modified using your favorite HTML editor.
Added: FTP server mode. Allows you to use an external web server by connecting via FTP to upload the screen images.
Fixed: Basic web viewer could end the stream prematurely if the server took too long to respond.
Fixed: Check for update feature was broken.
