Help Desk and Knowledge Base 5.9.2005:

Our new Help Desk and Knowledge Base systems are now online. The Knowledge Base contains the most up to date support information as well as many articles related to our programs which include tips and answers to commonly asked questions. You can view the Knowledge Base here. The Help Desk provides our current customers with faster support than email. Existing customers can open a new support ticket from the Help Desk link from their Web Account.
