Our Story

We are a small independent software company based in Poway, California USA. -XL- Development was founded in the summer of 1999. We started out providing consulting services and building small freeware applications for Windows.  Our most popular application was called Secure Delete which later turned into XL Delete in the first half of 2005 and started our venture into the commercial world.  We've been slowly growing ever since and now have customers from all around the globe using our tools.

We now provide high quality utilities and security applications for Windows and macOS. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best tools and the best customer support.
